Teak and Hardwood Care Oil – High-Performance Wood Protection

The Teak and Hardwood Care Oil is a highly efficient, brushable protective oil coating made from natural oils, suitable for unfinished hardwoods, tropical woods, and softwoods for indoor and outdoor use. Unlike surface coatings, the oil penetrates deeply into the wood, nourishing the pores and providing water- and dirt-repellent protection, reducing graying, swelling, shrinking, cracking, and drying. It enhances the wood’s natural, semi-matte color while making it easy to maintain and resistant to stains, environmental influences, and UV exposure.

Applications:

• Unfinished hardwoods, tropical woods, softwoods, and noble woods indoors and outdoors, including teak, eucalyptus, thermally treated wood, pressure-treated pine, Douglas fir, Bangkirai, cedar, oak, larch, acacia, and more.

• Perfect for wood decks, terraces, garden furniture, privacy elements, planter boxes, palisades, sheds, carports, fences, furniture, doors, and wall cladding

         
 

Application Instructions:

1. Wood with high resin or extract content: let weather for at least 6 weeks before first treatment.

2. Freshly pressure-treated wood: let weather for at least 3 months.

3. Completely remove old paint or varnish. Ensure the wood is dry, clean, absorbent, grease-, oil-, and wax-free (max moisture 20%, minimum temperature 10°C).

4. Shake the product well. Apply undiluted with a firm brush or lint-free cloth thinly along the wood grain.

5. Remove excess after ~15 minutes.

6. Allow to dry for ~12 hours in good ventilation.

7. For high absorbency or heavily used surfaces, apply a second coat. Full hardness is achieved after approximately one week.
